My Story
I've been doing Real Work on myself for as long as I can remember — being my own coach, my own teacher, my own worst enemy and best friend. I've been up and down and all around, sometimes wanting to escape, sometimes wanting to find myself. I've tried ignoring the internal callings. That didn't work very well.
What I know for certain is this: Real Work works. I am living proof.
Over the past decade I've guided people through coaching, teaching and workshops to get to the heart of the matter — to clarify what they truly want, make a plan, and follow through. I understand transitions. I understand the moment when what was perfectly fine for years suddenly isn't anymore. I understand wanting something and feeling too afraid to go for it.
I also understand that it's not easy. And that it's possible.
Our Community
I don't do this alone either. RealWorks is an intentional community of healers, coaches and facilitators — each one bringing their own gifts to support your journey. Because transformation is too important to leave to chance.
